That happened to me when I was in London ... actually there was some f*up with the forms and I actually called city hall in Philadelphia (which was the contact listed on the website, not like I was striking or something) long distance from London to try to get it fixed. But it was a no-go. And *sob* look what happened!!
Prepare yourself for a smorgasblog (ooooo see what I did there) of randomness of the things I think about (very little), do (trips and weekends with friends!), covet (pretty, pretty clothesshoesbags), eat (everything), and read (also everything).
